Background
Afghanistan, 2002. Following the successful capture of the Farabad Internation Airport this morning, we now have the support of the local Afghani Nationals, and they are being trained and prepared to deploy to the region in support of our forces here. While they are being prepared for deployment, we have been re-deployed to the mountains North of Farabad to track Taliban movements in the area. Our utlimate goal being to locate the Taliban stronghold. Once we have located their stronghold the 101st Airborne and Afghani National as part of a joint task force will strike at the stronghold.
Mission
As members of 101st Airborne we are tasked with Assaulting a known Taliban compound in the mountains of Farabad. Our objectives are to secure the surrounding areas and prepare and area for more troops to be deployed to the region.
